At Honey Sun, we keep bees without chemical treatments but instead use a variety of tools and practical management techniques to maintain strong, healthy, self-sufficient colonies.

Honey Sun Apiaries was established in Rutherford County, Tennessee in the spring of 2010 by beekeeper Steve Buckner and his wife and Master Gardener, Laura Buckner.  In 2011, Greg Tomerlin joined the team and the operation expanded to include several colonies at the Cedar Glade Apiary in Wilson County.
